Different trill speed on different instrument at the same time
Is it possible to do this, my idea is to have 2 timp and 2 bass drum trilling at the same time. In a live orchestra this makes the trill denser and faster rather than simply a dynamic boost

There is no specific feature to control playback speed of trills although that would indeed be nice someday.
Meanwhile, you could add an extra staff for playback only and write out the trills using 64th notes or whatever, then make that staff invisible.
