A few problems with the PDF handbook:

  • It takes a long time to create
  • It's on the large size (11 MB)
  • No page breaks between chapters.
  • The chapter titles are too small.
  • All links go the the website, not the pdf handbook.
  • The TOC is too long and numbered
  • It includes handbook editing guidelines.
  • The animated gifs don't work.
