Guitar Tab conversion puts all notes on first string

Hello all.

I have converted my PDF to a compressed MuseScore file. When I import it all of the sheet music appear as "voice oohs". So I edit instruments to create a line for classical guitar tablature and copy/paste the bars from the "voice" lines to the classical guitar tab line, but the tabs show all of the positions on first string. I know that's not right. PDF included as file, screenshot of MuseScore tab conversion included as picture.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
