As mentioned in various prior announcements, this is not currently implemented. Some of its functionality is not accessible through the Properties panel, other functionality will be returning in future updates. it's not clear if the piano roll editor itself will be coming back; there might be different ways of making the settings it provided access to.

Since the piano roll editor is not available in MS4, is there another way to tweak the duration of a grace note? My acciaciaturas are too quick.
