I downloaded musescore 4 file, and when i started the program, the program was just loaded and ended, didn't start.
So I thought that the program is crashed with musescore 3 or musescore 4 beta, I deleted those programs.
Then I retried, but program wasn't start too.
So I deleted all those programs about musescore (musescore 4, musehub, etc...) and re-downloaded, started the program. It still didn't start.
I want to resolve this problem, I read musescore's issue page, and there are many people who have same problem. I follow very many comments (change sound device etc...) but still don't work.
How can I start the program?

Have you installed Musehub? I have the same issue when i downloaded and installed musescore without it. You can do it but you must install MuseHub too - for me it works and resolve this issue.
