Export to MP3 with mix setting
When exporting to MP3, the mix settings are ignored. How can the mix setting be exported too?

Yes, I would like to download the MP3 with for example Soprano high volume and Alto, Tenor and Bass low volume.

Whether you set dynamics with markings from the palette or with the sliders export should reflect your settings.

I used the mixer (as shown in the picture). I can hear it when I play it in Musescore but not when I export it. Is there another way to do it?

Oh.. you're talking about a feature from the scoring sharing platform, not the notation editor software itself. (See https://musescore.org/en/faq#faq-20657)
Probably the mp3 they offer as a download is just the pregenerated one that you also hear when not doing that synth playback on their site.
But if you download the score itself and use the mixer in the actual software, then that software perfectly honors it during export.
