If you change the lead vocal instrument in the attached score to MS Basic, it plays as intended.
If you use the choir/sopranos Muse Sounds option, certain notes appear to play fractionally too soon.

I have the same problem with the tuba MuseSounds, it seems like the attacks are a little bit too late sometimes, as if the inertia of the tuba was poorly taken into account, or as if the attack was not a clean one, but rather a two-part attack.
This exact issue happened to me as well with the choir specifically, however the tubas attack has also been questionable.
