Open new score, select instrument - for example trombone, write some notes, go to mixer and compare playback - volume level 0 - between MS Basic, Muse Sound and VST3: Muse Sound plays with much lower volume.
They should play with equal volume, it is not seldom to use MS Basic, Muse Sound and VST3 in the same score.
