And higher. Not only for jazz. Contrary to common beliefs, professional 'classical' trumpet players really can (and must) play higher than concert D.
The Michael Hayden trumpet concerto goes up to concert A. (admittedly mostly played on a piccolo trumpet. But piccolo trumpets don't make you play higher, they only make it more secure)
