Downloading MuseScore 4 error

When downloading MuseScore 4, I got the attached error message. So, I tried running the installation file again. This time it gave me an option to repair missing or corrupted files during download. It went all the way through the installation process this time, but when I tried to open MuseScore 4, it gave me the same error message. My computer is old and using Windows 7. I wonder if that is an issue?
