Download new ms4 sound library WITHOUT muse hub?

For those of us with air gapped systems, is there a way to directly download the new ms4 sound library without using muse hub? I downloaded ms4 via my phone, transferred and installed it on my air gapped laptop with no problems. It works perfectly. (Thank you!) Can I do the same thing with the library? I realize that it's a huge download, that's not a problem for me. Any suggestions? Thanks again for the great work you all do.
