Reverse flag direction
Hello, is there a way to reverse the direction of flags? Like for the grace note in the attached image. Thank you.

You mean, you want both the stem and the flag on the wrong side of the note? There is no setting to do that, but you could hide the flag and then add something like that as a graphic. There isn't even a SMuFML symbol for this, because it's not standard.

It isn't the flag that's reversed, but the notehead. And that is possible, Shift+X IIRC

I understand the question to be, how to take what is shown above and also reverse the flag for some reason.
If the question is actually, just how to mirror the notehead in order to achieve the result shown, then indeed, Shift+X does that.
