Augmentation dots in MS4
Is there any way to add second, third, ... augmentation dots in MS4 other than revealing them on the toolbar? It's a little tedious showing and hiding rare items on the toolbars.
I can't find them on any palette, or references in v4 Help.

A possibility but I don't think there's many keyboard options left after I had to create new shortcuts for those items that lost them in the 3->4 transition. The mnemonically-useful numerical options with Ctl, Alt etc are already taken.
