How to turn off glissando sound?
I'm arranging a slow acapella piece with a lot of glissandos in the solo, but I hate how it sounds in musescore and I still want it to show in the sheet music. Is there some way to turn off the glissando while still keeping it in the score?

If you select the glissando, you should be able to see the Play property and untick it.

Thank you! I'm using MuseScore 3 instead of 4 right now, so I had to do some deeper digging but you got me on the right track along with some people from Reddit.
For anyone in the future that's on MuseScore 3, go to view|inspector to bring the inspector menu up. Then click on the glissando (or right-click it, and go to select|all similar elements) and untick the play property.
