Unable to re-install MuseScore 4

I had installed MuseScore 4 and used it on a new project. Playback of a wind band score had some problems, inconsistent tempi, garbled sounds, etc. I deleted MuseScore 4 and previous Muse Hub. I opened new Muse Hub and selected MuseScore 4 to download. A message appears that says "unable to launch MuseScore 4....."
I have attemped to re-install several times with the same problem. What can I do?

You can install MS4 without using the Hub. From the download page. Then be prepared to make some adjustments to get better playback. Look in the "How To" section.
