Remove single scores from recent scores list/Scores screen
Would be nice to have something like a right-click option to remove single recent scores from the Scores screen; so far the only option is to clear the complete list of recent scores via File - Open recent - Clear recent files.
Manually messing around with the recent file list in MuseScore4.ini is for sure not the right way to do it

Renaming or moving the score in the file system will automatically remove it - but the idea is to leave the file system unchanged.

Thanks for the idea! My 'Recent Files' drop down list in MuseScore4 was so long, that when I tried to click 'Clear Recent files' at the bottom of the list, it opened the last file instead. I keep my scores in only a few folders, so I renamed the folders "foldernameTEMP" and then opened the Recent Files list - Gone! Then I renamed the folders back to "foldername", and all is sweet.
Note that recent files are not in MuseScore.ini anymore.
There is now a file "recent_files.json"
(in linux under ~/.local/share/MuseScore/MuseScore4/recent_files.json)
One file location per line. Easy.
