In Musescore 4 the plugin does not work. I get "Error reading file" with all files I want to import. First I thought it was because the files hadn't been converted to Musescore 4, but even after conversion it does not work.
OS: macOS 13.1, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.0-223472200, revision: 5485621

Known issue, the plugin API is missing some methods, namely readScore and writeScore
Workaround is either doing it file by file or via command line or by using MuseScore 3

As always: Thank you! Maybe you can add a warning to the batch convert website? Also in the meantime maybe you can describe on the batch convert website how to do the workaround via command line? Thank you!
