Accidentals not given sufficient space when beamed notes span staves [MS4]

I noticed this repeatedly throughout a score today: if a beamed set of notes - where one has an accidental - has one of its other notes moved to the other stave, then the accidental is crushed against or intersects the preceding stem.

The attached example shows how the accidental on the red notes is affected when the paired blue note is moved.
