How do you try to open MS4? When that fails, what error message is shown?

I open like everybody does whit direct access I try also as administrator and nothing

Open like everybody = double-click on program icon? Trying as administrator (open) = right-click on program icon, choose "Run as administrator" (I think that's what Windows would say)? Given either of those attempts, 'nothing'? Meaning, no error message or pop-up window that says the program won't open... or ??
