Idk where is backup score file in MuseScore4
In how to saying go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\MuseScore\MuseScore3\C:\Users\'USERNAME'\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore3
but my My MuseScore version is 4
So i was opened AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore4 but can't find backup file.
How can i find MuseScore4 backup files?

It's the same as v3.6, which is in a hidden folder .mscbackup in the same folder as your score,

If you want versioned backups keep your scores in a OneDrive or Dropbox folder.
MuseScore 4 is seriously unstable and there are many many crashing and corruption issues. Don't rely on a probably-buggy Autosave,
I suggest using v3.6 until these issues are ironed out.

I have the same problem and I know, that there can be a little hope when finding a backup made before crash. BUT the biggest problem now for me is, that I donÄt know, where to find the mscbackup folder. I know how to make hidden files visible, but I don't know in which folder I have to do that. Can anybody please help me with that? Where can I find this hidden backup folder? I am really desperate, since I worked for about 14 hours on a partiture and no all the work seems to be completely lost. I don't have the time and the energy to do it again until tomorrow. So please, if anybody knows where I do have to look after the hidden folder then please tell me. I am using Musescore 4 on MacOS. Thank you so much !

Replace in Mu3 handbook 3 by 4 and you should find the .mscbackup folder.
