Add note names to score

There's the notenames plugin and the notehead schemes with names noteheads

The old features for this continue to work as in the past. In particular, you can set the notehead scheme staff-wide in Starr/Part properties, Advanced style properties, or you can set notes individually in the Properties panel (formerly the Inspector).
