I manually adjusted the phrase markings to be over the accents (see score m32) as the default was inconsistent
in placement of accents (some above, some below). I had to do this for all parts within the score. When I generated the individual part for Vibraphone 1, the phrase marking reverted to allowing some accents above the marking.
This seems to be a reoccurring issue with different elements that I have run into and posted recently. Changes in the score are not carrying over to individual instrument parts. Is there a way to fix this. It's creating a lot of extra work.

Also, the score changed back to having accents all over the place after being changed/correct for several saves. It just changes at random.
It is generally by design that manual adjustments made in the score do not affect the part of vice versa. That's because many if not most such adjustments won't make sense to apply both in both cases, since the surrounding context will be different (eg, measure widths will differ, content of staves above/below will differ). If there is a specific case of a property that you feel should always be synced by definiton but currently isn't, feel free to provide additional clarifying information.
