OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.1-230121751, revision: 9b70a8c
1) Select 1 note
2) hit one numeric key from numeric keypad
3) Nothing happens
Expected this to change the note duration (5 -> quarter, 6 -> half...) as it was the case with version 3. Notice that it's working fine when using the numeric keys above the main keyboard.

Fixed in 4.0.1 after a factory reset (Help > Revert to factory settings)

I eagerly installed the MuseScore 4.0.1 update, especially because it announced it had fixed the numpad problem. But after installation of update, my numpad still doesn't change the duration of the notes! Some advice? I'm using an HP ProBook 450 G6 with Windows 10.

Jojo, What's your definition of a "Factory Reset" in Windows? Do you mean "shut down and restart"? Thanks.

Thanks JoJo - I went to "Help" and clicked on Revert to Factory Settings - and it worked. My numpad now works. Thanks a lot! MuseScore is the greatest!
