cmd + left and right don't work in chord edit mode

• Jan 27, 2023 - 15:33

Hello everyone,

https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/chord-symbols#commands
This page in the handbook leads me to believe that it's possible to move to the next bar while inputting chord symbols by pressing command plus my left arrow key, much like pressing tab did in Musescore 3 or Sibelius. It doesn't work. What does work is skipping between bars like this while inputting notes, but alas, once I press cmd+k and start entering chord symbols I have to mash spacebar like a chump until I get to the next barline. This is a bit annoying as I like to put all the chords in first when making a lead sheet.

I have also tried to edit the shortcut but I can't see anything there, the closest thing is next beat (semicolon) and previous beat (shift semicolon).

I'd appreciate any info or advice, thanks.
