Adding a "tape" part to the score?
So i want to write a piece where there would be a tape part or a recording added while playing like in Bernsteins Slava or Rautavara bird and percussion concerto. Is it possible in musescore 4?

You can add instructions about when to play what part of the recording.
To combine the recording with MuseScore, you would need to do it in something like Audacity. I don't post to the .com site, so I don't remember if there is a way to post different audio with the score.
