In Musescore 4.02 I can now edit note velocity, but note velocity has absolutely no effect on playback. This version is useless for me, as I compose for guitar with 4 voices on the same staff.
Instructions how to submit a new bug report have become very confusing. When I login and see my bug submissions - there is no option to submit a new bug.

4.02 crashes for me every time I try to change Auto FX to none....

This issue tracker here is being decommissioned, new reports should be made on GitHub
