Uploading Issue

I have somehow encounter an issue in uploading since 4 days ago. I'm trying to upload a score but I can't proceed to the next step because I haven't typed the compositions title ang composer. Those text boxes for title and composer doesn't show. I've tried on different browser and devices, none of them shows that part. Anyone experiencing the same issues?

FWIW, I’m having the same issue. Although the score proper was uploaded a week or so ago, when I select “edit” to change the copyright status, enter the composer etc., the score icon in the upper has the spinning circle, no edits possible.
