Measure with nothing in it musescore 4

I have a score that has two empty measures on only the french horn part where there are no rests and I can't edit the measure or anything. But then when I go to the full score with all the parts I can see notes that are supposed to be on the french horn part but don't show because of the measures with nothing in them. When I use command F to search for the measure on the french horn part the bottom right says start measure 0 start beat 0 end measure 31. I'm on mac with musescore 4.0.1
