Cannot access account settings

Hi, I have recently created the account, and applied for the trial period of the pro subscription, however I cannot use my account at all. When I try to activate it, I get the message on my email, click the link to activate, and the account is still not active. What is more I cannot use any of the pro features because it says that my account is not active. I cannot even cancel the subscription so I do not get charged for the next year… Have you guys had such a problem? I have already messaged the support but there is no answer so far, and I do not want to get charged for something I am not able to use…
