Having playback issues with Muse Sounds (random droning, cutting out after repeats, etc.)

I recently have had some issues with Muse Sounds glitching out. First, they refused to play after a certain amount of time following a repeat, and then I had random notes droned throughout the entire piece that are definitely not there. Is this some form of sound file corruption? I've already tried reinstalling MS4 and MuseHub, neither of which made a difference. I would prefer to be able to save this file and not have to make a new one for formatting purposes, if possible.
