Website Synthesizer is silent

I've uploaded some scores to my Musescore website to help my friends practice. I'd to be able to change voices using the synthesizer but when I set Synth, I get no audio. The normal audio works fine. I'm also able to change voices when I use the MuseScore application. Any hints for how to enable the synthesizer on the website?
