Hardware requirements for Musescore

I am 69 years old and have played an acoustic piano for 60 years.

I have written a few pieces of music but have not put them to paper. I have ADHD and can't focus long enough to write them out myself. I'm hoping that I can use the Musescore software to put notes on the page from what I play.

I have a small ZOOM recorder that I stand up on my piano and record what I play. Could I plug this into my laptop and use Musescore? I also have an electric piano but I'm not very technical when it comes to use it to record what I play.
