Recovering lost music/ scores from version 3.6 to version 4

Hello to whom this may concern.
I am trying to open a musescore 3.6 file in musescore 4 (newest update as of March 13th 2023), but the score opens completely empty. I had gotten a new computer and moved all my scores over from my old one. However, this new computer does not have Musescore 3.6. I would like to know if it is possible to recover the file. Only 3 of my MANY scores were affected by this.
