Musescore 4, Wireless headphones cause playback to be extremely scratchy, raised by 2 octaves and ~30% faster.

When launching a musescore installation from musehub the program crashes on the splashscreen.
However it does not crash and launches and works normally if I select another output device (speakers) instead of my wireless Sennheiser GSP 370 headphones.
On the latest nightly dev build I can launch the program with my headphones selected, but oddly the playback is extremely scratchy, raised by 2 octaves (??) and ~30% faster. Again, the problems stop if I use the speakers on my monitor. (which suck)

I don't know if it makes any difference, but there isn't any reason to launch MU4 from the Hub. there should be an icon on your desktop. I have MU3, MU4 icons, and the nightly (which starts from the bin file.
As you know, have your headphones connected before launch. and in Edit-Preferences-I/O, have your phones select. At least the device they are hooked up to. Not System default, if possible.
In Control Panel/Sound (in Windows) there are other settings depending on what output device yu are using.
One of my computers can't use my Scarlette because it doesn't have USB 3.
