Newly inserted notes completely ignore current dynamic marking.
Lets say i have a score, and its a violin score. I then drag a "pp" on the first staff. Afer doing that, i insert some notes. Those new notes play like the staff was in "mf". They only play like "pp" after i delete the dynamic marking and insert it again. How to fix this?

This is a known bug in 1.3. The notes play back correctly after you add another dynamic - any dynamic, anywhere. Or if you save and reload the score.
The bug is fixed in 2.0 Beta 1, so the workaround of needing to add another dynamic or save/reload is no longer needed.
