MuseScore 4 gives MFPlat.DLL error in Windows 10
Installed MuseHub on Windows 10 64-bit. Clicked on MuseScore, nothing happens. Tried running MuseScore 4 directly from the Start menu, get "MuseScore4.exe - System Error, The code execution cannot proceed because MFPlat.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Ran MuseScore-4.0.2.230651553-x86_64.msi, selected "Repair" option, same error. MS v3.62 is still installed on this PC, which dual-boots with Win-7 (different HDs).

It is the N in your version. You need the Media Feature Pack, which is not part of that N version.

Yup, that did it ! Updating to 22H2 did not (by itself). Thanks !!
