Windows Numeric Key-Pad is not working (?)

Musescore 4.0.2 (however I have this issue since a long ago and I don't find solution).
I'm under W11 Pro 64 bit.

To change the note value, the numeric keypad is not working (yes the NumLock is ON).
I have always to select the number from the number-line above the letters.

I checked also in Preferences > Shortcuts but up there, everything is fine.

is three anything I can do to activate the Num-Pad to change notes' values please?
