Where are the missing tabs in Musescore 4?

I'm pretty sure I've scoured the documentation, but I'm stymied. Where have the missing tabs gone? How do I get them back?
In the screen shot "access inst panel01":
The arrow is pointing to the tab in question.

Screen shot "access inst panel02":
The tabs "Instruments" and "Selection Filter" aren't there. Why not?
Any help greatly appreciated!
