Uploads to Cloud area created without audio

After creating the score on my computer I either upload the file to the scores section OR choose "save to cloud" option. Whichever way I go, the file uploads without an audio file. I am using Aegean Symphonic Orchestra SND, as someone else had recommended, since they sound much better for the solo instruments used in a string quartet score. It score uploads with audio if I use the native sound fonts, but the YouTube output is just awful. Sound is whiney and unpleasant. Options?
