Pasting lyrics not working from version 4.0.0 - 4.0.2

Since version 4, pasting lyrics does not work. It will only paste the first word again and again. I tested on various Linux distros and MacOS and have the same result. I have had to revert to v. 3.6 to continue work. This appears to be a bug.
