It seems paste copied text within MuseScore fails with pasting "<font"

When copying text inside of MuseScore and paste it again it results in the copied text got replaced by "font" ( can not paste the open bracket here ).
OS: macOS 11.7, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.2-230651546, revision: dbe7c6d
