capo doesn't work in MuseScore 4?

To reproduce:
1. Create a new score using the guitar + tab template.
2. Add a few notes.
3. Select the first note on the staff and press Ctrl+T to add Staff Text.
4. Right click and select "Staff text properties..."
5. Go to "Capo Settings", check the box and select a fret. Press Ok.
6. Play.

Results:
The notes sounds the same as before
Expected:
The notes should sound at a higher pitch.

Pretty sure I'm doing this correctly and this is a bug.
