Crediting a composer whilst the composer is unknown
I recently adapted a piece of music originally for Organ and arranged it into a String Orchestra piece. The original composer is unknown, how should I word this on my score? Can I still say I arranged the piece?

Look for the many scores ascribed to Anon. (anonymous).

Yes, the piece is originally written for the Organ but I adapted it and rearranged it for a string orchestra.
