In MuseScore 4, the double dots are found by clicking the toolbar settings icon. Both controls are found at the far right of the toolbar. Reply

In MuseScore 3, the double dots are found by switching from the Basic to the Advanced workspace.
In MuseScore 4, the double dots are found by clicking the toolbar settings icon.
