No Min, Max or Close window buttons when viewed full screen

When viewed in normal window mode, the windows/system standard Min, Max and Close buttons in the top right corner of the window are visible and work (to the very right of the menu items), but they are not visible/usable when viewed in full screen even though the menu items (which use the same horizontal space) are visible.

Can they be added so that it is easier for us to close the program?
