I can't access the bottom of "Staff/Part Properties"

I can't access the bottom of "Staff/Part Properties" > advanced properties
It won't get smaller from the top
I can't slide it anywhere.

Please help - maybe post a screen shot of solution

What version of MuseScore, what OS, and what is your display resolution? Also, if you display your score at 100% zoom, does it appear actual size - same as the printed page?
