beaming rests
In measure 9 of the attached file I like to beam the sixteenth rests to the sixteenth notes for every beat. For some reason it is not working, since the beams attach to the beams of the notes on the first beat. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

It is possible to beam between two notes with a rest in the middle. However it is not yet possible to extend the beam beyond the first or last note stem (which is probably what you were looking for).
