Deleting Triplets?

I followed the instructions on this page, but pressing delete on my Mac deletes all the notes, not just the triplet. There is no inspector anymore, and in properties there is no way that I can find to delete triplets.
Help?

Also, I'm unsure why Musescore doesn't make it easy to beam all triplets together, and when I do it manually it removes the bracket which I would like to keep (or have the option of including). thanks

Beaming (over rests) in Mu4 works the very same as in Mu3
Well, that's the handbook for Mu3, I guess you'd need the one for Mu4
The 1st and 3rd method should still work though:
Select the triplet number or bracket and press Del

nothing about deleting triplets, and unfortunately when I follow those instructions from Mu3 it deletes all the notes I've entered, not just remove the triplet, which is what I'd like to do. thanks

If you mean changing the triplet notes into regular notes, there is the Duration Editor plugin (only MU3)

Ok thank you. So I can't simply remove the triplet (or tuplet marking) in MU4? I have to delete all the notes and the entire phrase and then re-write?

Wow. I find this is very, very strange. Will this be changed? How are people supposed to edit and change their music and scores quickly? In Finale you can just click on the triplet and press delete and it reverts back to 8th notes, or whatever you had without the tuplet. thanks,
