End bar when there is a anacrusis

Hello, I am very new to using MuseScore (indeed new to arranging music) so apologies if this is a silly question. I'm arranging a piece which has a quaver (eighth note) up beat, but at the end of the piece I have a full bar. Is there any way to make it so the two bars together make one full bar in the traditional fashion, please?
