I worked on 3 scores for a long time and one day I was in the middle of working on one of the scores and suddenly it crashes and I restart and then it just gives me an error and won't let me open the file. Now I'm interested that this is a file in the cloud so I started to check what the problem is and I see that all the cloud files are just Deleted, they still exist in recent files when I open musescore on the computer, but not when I open it in the browser, what can be done

What do you mean about opening "in the browser"? Do you mean the file browser on your computer? Cloud files are indeed only in the cloud, so if they can't be found, you'll see an error like this. All you should see on your computer itself is a dummy file pointing to the cloud version. The dummy files are in a special "Cloud Scores" folder.
